We are actively seeking a qualified Mechanical Assembler for an onsite role in McKinney, TX.

Key Responsibilities
Bonding and Curing: Utilize resins and adhesives following established shop processes.

Assembly of Military Electronics: Use torque and manual tools per detailed instructions and drawings.

Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, management, and team members.

Mentorship: Support team development in a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in manufacturing or factory environment.

Skills: Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Bonding and curing process experience

Ability to read memory maps, schematics, datasheets, and assembly drawings

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Clean room experience

Previous experience building submarines a plus
